Blackwater: tactical FPS in a silent harbor
Blackwater is a tactical first-person shooter where timing matters more than trigger discipline. The flooded harbor is split into sectors, enemies patrol the docks, and a frontal assault is rarely the best option.

What the game is about
You are a lone gunner clearing sectors of a silent harbor. Every wave raises enemy activity: new patrols appear, ambushes get tighter. Kills add to your score and land on the site leaderboard.
Tactics over sprinting
- Cover — crates and harbor walls actually block bullets, not just sightlines
- Stealth routes — some sectors can be cleared without raising the alarm
- Sprinting has a cost — a running player is audible and visible from further away
- Sectors — the harbor is divided into zones with their own difficulty
Controls
WASD to move, mouse to aim, LMB to fire, Shift to sprint. On mobile, virtual sticks: the left one moves, the right one aims and shoots.
Technology
TypeScript, React and Three.js, bundled by Vite into one compact chunk. All harbor geometry, enemies and effects are generated procedurally — no assets, just code. Released under the MIT license.
The game was created with Claude Fable 5.1.
