Solitaire — rules, strategy and tips for beginners

Why Solitaire hooks you

Solitaire hooks you not with the rules (a few lines) but with the moment you are in and cannot stop.

How to start from zero

• Open the game by the link below — it starts in the browser instantly.
• Read the rules (section above) before your first move.
• Start with a short round to feel the tempo.
• Remember one tip from below and try it in practice.

Life-hacks

• Manage risk: do not stake everything on one move, keep backup options.
• Start simple: learn the base, then add complexity.
• Learn from losses: review where the call was wrong.
• Take breaks: a fresh head finds moves the tired one missed.
