Rule Words: the puzzle where you write the world's laws
Most puzzle games hide their rules in a help screen. Rule Words flips that: the rules sit right on the board, and you push them around.

Where the idea comes from
The genre was born with Baba Is You, but here it is distilled to its pure core. The grid holds word tiles. Three in a row — horizontally or vertically — form a working rule: a noun, the link IS, a property. While those three tiles stand aligned, the rule is alive. Move one and the world changes.
Why it hooks you
The moment it clicks that a wall can be made winning, or that you yourself can become a rock, breaks ordinary thinking. You stop looking for a path around an obstacle and start rewriting the obstacle itself. That is the whole point: every level is not "solve the maze" but "decide which rules make the maze solvable".
How to begin
The first level is friendly: BABA IS YOU, FLAG IS WIN, ROCK IS PUSH, WALL IS STOP. Just walk to the flag. Later come SINK (drown in water), DEFEAT (a skull tile kills you) and transformations where one object turns into another.
Life-hacks
- Do not stare at the flag — stare at the tiles. Often the fix is to break an enemy rule, not build your own.
- Text is always pushable. So any "cursed" phrase can be split apart and reassembled where you need it.
- If stuck, ask: "What in this level do I treat as fixed, even though I could rewrite it?"
