Simple on the surface, addictive underneath. A shape appears on screen — and immediately starts dissolving, pixel by pixel. The faster you realise what it is and hit the right button, the higher your success percentage.
There are eight shapes: circle, triangle, square, pentagon, donut, star, bars and diamond. You can pick with the mouse by clicking the matching button, or with keys 1–8 if you want to play seriously fast — rounds are measured in fractions of a second.
The game tracks statistics per shape: best and average percentage guessed, best and average reaction time. Everything is saved in the browser, so progress survives between sessions. That turns a simple reaction toy into a challenge against yourself: you end up chasing your own average time on the donut, the one shape you just never read right.
Timed recognition is a great way to train attention and reaction speed. Rounds last under a minute, but you'll want one more every time.
