National Project: Save the Taimen

The player runs a year of the national project "Potok" to breed taimen on a fictional river: money is allocated, it must be spent, and the river lives by its own laws.

Satire targets the spending machine, not fish, rangers, or scientists. The game ships in stages: first the scaffold and contracts, then minigames, script, and fact checks.
