Mind Empire
Most browser strategies hand you a ready-made war. "Mind Empire" starts elsewhere: you are a Mind that has landed on a planet that does not yet care about humans. Your task is to prepare the colony for their arrival. Nobody stabs you in the back every minute — there is room to think.

What makes it unlike its neighbours
This is not a GridVille clone or another farming game. The isometric renderer is written on raw WebGL, the map regenerates from simplex noise for every seed, and the economy follows real RTS rules: each solar panel gives +2 energy per hour, each block costs 1000 iron, and the Mind stone in the centre of your base is a vault for 20000 iron and 2000 energy.
The numbers are visible right away — they sit in the top bar. Build too many blocks without panels covering them and energy goes negative: construction stalls.
How to play
1. Round up your scouts. Drag with the left mouse button to select units. Right-click an iron deposit to send them gathering.
2. Build. The «Solar» and «Block» buttons in the top bar open build mode. Left-click places a building; Shift keeps the mode for a chain.
3. Scale up. WASD scrolls the map, the mouse wheel zooms, Esc clears the selection.
A strategy for the long game
The classic beginner mistake is building blocks without panels. A block costs 1000 iron and consumes energy; a panel gives +2 per hour. Lay down several solar panels around the Mind first, then worker blocks. If energy turns negative, stop building and go back to panels.
The second mistake is sitting on one patch. Iron deposits are finite and a scout is cheap: send it around the base perimeter — the fog of war opens the map.
What to do once everything is built
The world seed is set at start, so two runs on the same seed develop identically, which is handy for comparing strategies. You can pursue a sprawling base, or play economically with the smallest possible footprint.
