Hexa Battle — turn-based tactics where every hex counts
Hexa Battle
The field is honeycomb. The squad is green. The enemy moves after you and forgives no mistakes. Hexa Battle is a turn-based tactical roguelike where the whole match comes down to one question: which hex to stand on.

Why hexes, not squares
On squares the diagonal is longer than the side — and every tactics player knows and suffers. On hexes all six directions are equal: distance is honest, flanks are real, retreat is always an option. That is why positioning is everything here: one hex further — and the enemy cannot reach; one closer — and your fighter strikes first.
How combat goes
Each fighter has three numbers: damage, health, range. All visible upfront — no hidden rolls. A turn goes:
- Pick a fighter with a click.
- Reachable hexes light up.
- Move, pick a target in range, strike.
- Hit "End Turn" — now the enemy moves.
The enemy is not stupid: it takes good hexes too and hits the weak. So the main rule is no overextending: a low-health fighter must not end the turn inside enemy range.
Shop and progress
Victory gold is spent between runs: sharper weapons, tougher armor, potions in reserve. Progress saves in the game — leave and come back. The dungeon itself is endless: the goal is not "beating the game" but lasting longer than last time.
Who will enjoy it
Players who love tactics without rushing: no timer here, nobody hurries you, think over each hex as long as you like. A match is half an hour of calm planning where every victory is earned and every defeat teaches positioning.
