Balloon Anchor: a close look, tips and whether it is worth your time
If you enjoy short sessions that are hard to walk away from, give this one a look. Below is everything you need before the first launch: the gist, the controls and some working techniques.

What this game is
Balloon Anchor is a game about a balloon that refuses to stay put.
How to play, in short
The balloon pulls upward, the wind pushes sideways, and you stand on the ground holding an anchor. Dragging a finger (or the mouse) swings the anchor left and right so you can keep the balloon inside the vertical corridor above the house. The longer the balloon stays in the corridor, the more hold points you earn.
Tapping (or pressing Space) drops a package. It falls, obeying the wind, and has to land in the receiver on the roof. The closer to the center of the receiver, the bigger the delivery bonus. A miss wastes the package.
Every level blows harder and narrows the corridor.
Controls
Controls:
- Drag across the screen — swing the anchor left and right
- Tap or press Space — drop a package
- Keep the anchor on the ground so the balloon does not drift away
A few final tips
- Check out the demo mode on the game page — the AI shows how it is played, and repeating it yourself gets much easier.
- Play in short sessions: the best results come with a warmed-up head.
