WASD or the arrow keys sail the ship across the sea. A click or tap on the water sets a course; E or the Dock button berths the ship. Berthing opens the trade window with prices, your hold, buying and selling. "Sell whole hold" and "Spend the night" are available right in port. Demo mode sails and trades on its own until you win

Own goods are cheap in a port, foreign ones dear: that gap is the profit. Prices move every night, so plan the purchase after the night. The hold takes limited crates, gold never covers all of them. At wanted level customs confiscates some crates on arrival. You win at 1,000,000 sovereigns of net worth. Net worth = purse + cargo at purchase price + ship

Compare the destination price before buying: one expensive crate can eat the whole purse. Do not dump the whole hold at once, the priciest goods may pay better in the next port. Cheap goods earn less per crate but let you fill the hold on every voyage. A wanted level drops after an inspection, so a calm voyage costs less than a risky one
